Booking Instructions & reservation process

  • To book accommodation; please send us your request using this form, and we will respond within 24 hours.
  • Once we have confirmed your booking, a 30% deposit is required with Bank Transfer to secure your reservation.
  • Please make this payment within two days (48 hrs) of confirmation to guarantee your booking; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without notice.
  • If you cancelled your reservation up to 15 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded.
  • If however you cancel a reservation within 15 days or less of the check-in date, we will not be able to refund your booking deposit or any amount paid.
  • After payment of your deposit we will provide you with all the necessary documentation for your accommodation, including detailed instructions on how to reach us.
